Back for 2025, Brixton Kitchen is the grassroots cooking competition that puts South London’s culinary talent front and centre. Hosted in the beating heart of Brixton Village, the competition has a serious track record – its first-ever winner, Adejoké Bakare, is now the proud owner of a Michelin star and one of the most exciting chefs in the country.
This year, the format gets even more interactive: members of the public will be invited to sample dishes from the finalists and cast their vote. It’s a rare chance to support emerging talent, try something new, and maybe even say you “discovered them first.”
