69 sketches in the space of an hour!
Part of London SketchFest 2026.
Fresh off Hollywood Fringe and their sixth Edinburgh Fringe, Biscuit Barrel arrive in London with slapstick, songs, wordplay, absurd characters, biscuits and even beatboxing. Not to mention all your favourite biscuits disrupting the show throughout, and giving you their side of the story. Are Rich Teas really that boring? Perhaps you just need to get to know them.

About the company:
Biscuit Barrel are a sketch-comedy group who produce ‘The 69-Sketch Show’ and perform as a quickfire act on the UK comedy and cabaret circuits.
Founded in December 2016, their shows incorporate TikTok’s destruction of the human attention-span with an exhilaratingly hyper-paced comedy experience.
Since 2023, their shows have sold over 5,000 tickets across Edinburgh and other festivals throughout the UK, and beyond with Hollywood Fringe in 2025.
As seen at Edinburgh Fringe, Brighton Fringe, Leicester Comedy Festival, Winchester Comedy Festival (at Theatre Royal Winchester, Durham Fringe, Guildford Fringe, Greater Manchester Fringe, and London Comedy Film Festival.
Daryl Joseph Reader (DazzReviews; 100 million YouTube views) and James Horscroft (Finalist ‘David Nobbs Comedy Writing Award 2021’) have written the latest Biscuit Barrel show with the TikTok generation in-mind. Taking classic sketch conventions and trimming them to a snappier pace, they set out to prove that live comedy can match the speed of its online counterpart.
Featuring songs penned by cast-member and Drag Idol UK finalist Capriella Monique. The 2023 cast also adds character-comedian Lily Maryon (Rose Bruford) and Harry Brown (Mountview). The show is co-directed by Holly Meechan (Tobacco Factory Theatre, Bristol; Bristol Drama Academy), as well as Horscroft.
Beyond their stage shows, the group also provide workshops and education services. In 2024, the ‘Biscuit Barrel: Sketch-Comedy for Stage’ module was launched at the Pauline Quirke Academy.
As heard on BBC Radio Bristol and BBC Radio Scotland.
