On Sunday 15th September 2024, Fashions Finest will host their SS25 Collective runway show at The Steel Yard in the City of London.
Hosted during London Fashion Week, Fashions Finest has been bringing together biannual catwalk shows featuring dynamic and inclusive collections of emerging designers for over 15 years.
For fashion fans and enthusiasts Fashions Finest makes the buzz of London Fashion Week accessible to all with tickets available to purchase to attend the show, and even sit front row amongst fashion industry professionals from international fashion buyers to press, top influencers and famous faces.
Every February and September as the eyes of the fashion world descend onto the capital, Fashions Finest is on a mission to provide a platform for diverse and underrepresented designers during London Fashion Week. Hosted for the first time this season, Fashions Finest SS25 runway show will be held in the grand and industrial location ‘The Steel Yard’ known for its gritty charm, exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings, steel beams and arched spaces.
This SS25, Fashions Finest welcomes an exciting mixture of sustainable and ethical brands across a diverse and unique collection from designers hailing from the UK, Middle East, Africa and The Netherlands.
UK brands include South Wales based label Ysbryd Tawel Couture known for her mystical and darkly enchanting creations will bring her latest collection ‘Armoured Heart’, while North London label MODE London will present impeccable formalwear intertwined with asian couture influences. Bringing vibrancy to the catwalk a host of exciting African designers will join Fashions Finest this season including ABVee Fashion by Racheal Adeleke who will be bringing unique and lively creations inspired by African design. Also showing is Elizabeth Tobi, a luxury ethical fashion brand specialising in blending vibrant African prints with upcycled denim and hand-woven fabrics. Also hailing from Africa is Lagos based label Budding Blue RTWBYFIOLAKEMI. Known for their commitment to sustainability, zero waste philosophy and Nigerian heritage, the brand will bring the “Owu Ayo (Threads of Joy) Waste to Wealth Collection,” featuring vibrant and culturally rich designs that celebrate Nigeria’s beloved garments and craftsmanship. Sustainable Nigerian label Nikieo Couture will also be showcasing at Fashions Finest for the first time this season showing an elegant collection combining African roots with modern aesthetics.
New to Fashions Finest is Saudi Arabian brand Asbar.g, founded in 2019 by young designer Ghadah AlGhufaili at just 15 years old and has quickly gained international recognition. This season she will be showcasing gowns that blend vintage charm of the 50s and 60s with modern sophistication. Also from the Middle East is designer Assil Skaiky, founder of Moustadaam. Blending sustainability with luxury fashion inspired by her Lebanese-Palestinian heritage Moustadaam will present the “Malika” collection celebrating women’s empowerment through elegant, bespoke designs.
Finally, designer Nila ter Beek from The Netherlands known for her sustainable, sculptural knitwear at Vanihila, will showcase a free-spirited collection at Fashions Finest SS25 that explores femininity through tactile, body-inspired designs.
Fashions Finest SS25 Collections show takes place at 1pm on Sunday 15th September 2024 at The Steel Yard, London.
