DELICIOUS BUTTER-INFUSED ‘CURBSIDE COCKTAILS’ DESIGNED TO WARM UP AN AUTUMN WEEKEND

LONDON, SEPTEMBER 2024: COME and experience the latest in flavour innovation, at the All Things Butter and Lockdown Liquor & Co pop-up drinks truck, stationed near BoxPark and Shoreditch House in East London, on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th October. 

From midday until 6pm, gather curbside and grab one of three rich and delicious cocktails, developed by Lockdown Liquor & Co’s Beverages Director, Omar Valadez. With a history of experimenting with bold and unexpected flavours, Valadez has infused his signature spirits with one of the most trendy ingredients among foodies this year, flavoured butter. 

Three classic cocktail recipes have been blended with All Things Butter’s Salted, Cinnamon Bun, and the new Chocolate butter flavours – all of which have been chef-crafted from 100% British cream that’s been twice-churned for extra flavour and creaminess – to create a new and distinct twist on classic and well-loved alcoholic drinks. 

On the menu:

• Salted Butter Old Fashioned, blending Buffalo Trace Bourbon, simple syrup and bitters with All Things Butter’s Salted for a rich, salted caramel twist.
• Chocolate Butter Espresso Martini, incorporating the brand new Chocolate butter with vodka, for a velvety, indulgent finish.
• Cinnamon Bun Butter Cuban Toddy, a punchy rum and ginger cocktail with creamy Cinnamon Bun butter, perfect for serving hot or cold.

Lockdown Liquor & Co was co founded by Jack Durling and launched during the COVID-19 lockdowns and has redefined cocktail experiences with its ready-to-serve creations, while All Things Butter, co-founded by chef Thomas Straker, are passionate about innovating the butter industry to create an ultimate convenience ingredient.
