Two artists with a shared passion for creativity have teamed up to launch Creations Atelier, a brand-new dynamic network designed to empower artists, creative professionals, and businesses in the art sector, with the first event taking place in London in 2025.
Founded by Paola Minekov, a Bulgarian artist from Reading, who also runs the lifestyle magazine Elysium, and Natalia Giacomino an award-winning Italian architect from South London, this new creative network combines networking opportunities with artist directories, educational resources, and regular exhibition opportunities to provide a one-stop shop for artists and creativities who want to grow a business. Businesses will also be allowed to join at reduced rates, to allow them to connect with the UK’s best artists for projects and commissions.
With both Paola and Natalia juggling motherhood and a career in the arts (Natalia as a single mum and Paola as an additional needs parent), they wanted to create a supportive and accessible space for the many artists who need support, guidance, and opportunities to grow their business that combines Paola’s passion for art and Natalia’s architecture and design expertise. Each month they’ll be offering soon-to-be-announced in-person events in the heart of creative Mayfair to foster collaboration, educational resources to help artists grow their business, and exciting exhibition opportunities. The first exhibition event ‘Metamorphosis’ will take place in the Art Space in St Marylebone Parish Church between the 28th March-22nd of April of this year.
“We’re so excited to be launching Creations Atelier, the art world is undergoing a profound transformation now we’re in a digital age. Social media platforms and digital galleries have opened up new avenues for exposure and sales but with these new opportunities come new challenges too. Many artists find the digital world overwhelming or struggle to know how to grow a business in the creative sector. As artists ourselves, Natalia and I both understand these changes not just because we study them—but because we live them! And that’s why it’s so important for us to offer an accessible, low-cost solution to support as many artists thrive in 2025. We can’t wait for our first event and to be offering regular opportunities for artists to exhibit their work and connect with business owners for commissions,” says Paola Minekov, co-founder of Creations Atelier.
