Oasis of Peace is excited to offer our supporters the opportunity to attend the World Première of A Knock on the Roof at the Royal Court Theatre.

• A Knock on the Roof is a powerful and deeply moving play about obsession, survival, and the everyday struggles of life in Gaza. Written by and starring Khawla Ibraheem, the play follows Mariam as she prepares for the terrifying moment when a “knock on the roof” bomb forces her to flee her home.

• Directed by Obie Award winner Oliver Butler (What the Constitution Means to Me), this production is an unflinching exploration of resilience in the face of unimaginable circumstances. It arrives at the Royal Court Theatre after a critically acclaimed Off-Broadway run at New York Theatre Workshop.

• An exclusive Q&A session with the cast and creative team will take place after the performance, offering a unique opportunity to discuss the themes of the play and engage with those who brought it to life.
