The Big Stadium Abseil

This adrenaline-fueled charity challenge is not for the faint-hearted! Prepare to conquer your fears as you step off the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium roof and descend 42 meters to the South Podium below — all while raising vital funds for the London Ambulance Charity.

This controlled descent is a heart-pounding experience like no other. You’ll be safely clipped into guide ropes, given a countdown, and then take one of the biggest, and most rewarding, steps of your life.

Your fundraising will support wellbeing initiatives for LAS staff and volunteers and reduce health inequalities by providing CPR training and public-access defibrillators in priority areas across the capital.
