Bond Street’s Dazzling Christmas Lights Will Return Next Month – Showcasing A Regal Display Of Over 93,000 LEDs Inspired By The Crown Jewels

Bond Street will officially welcome the 2025 festive season on Wednesday, November 12, with the grand switch-on of its spectacular Christmas lights, inspired by The Crown Jewels, marking the start of a magical winter wonderland in the heart of Mayfair.

The evening will also see the return of the cherished Ralph Lauren Giving Tree for Bond Street, supporting The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, symbolising love, hope, and the spirit of togetherness during the holidays.

A tradition of giving with the Ralph Lauren Giving Tree

The Ralph Lauren Giving Tree, a five-metre-tall Nordmann fir located outside Ralph Lauren’s flagship store at 1 New Bond Street, invites visitors to make a donation and dedicate a personalised star in honour of someone special.

Each star displayed on the tree contributes to cancer care and prevention through The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, a long-standing beneficiary of Ralph Lauren’s Pink Pony Initiative.

This year’s light display features over 93,000 energy-efficient LEDs, crafted from recyclable, long-life materials, reducing energy consumption by 75% compared to previous installations.

The dazzling illumination, themed around regal jewels, will shine nightly throughout the festive period, transforming Bond Street into a glittering dreamscape. Iconic boutiques including Cartier, Gucci, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Rolex will unveil their festive façades, adding to the enchanting ambiance with elaborate window displays and seasonal décor.
