Chanel Brown is a Sociology and Criminology graduate pursuing Masters in Law student, carer, and entrepreneur with a mission: to help others achieve academic success. Drawing strength from her rich cultural heritage — Jamaican, Indian, Spanish, and Kuwaiti — Chanel brings empathy, resilience, and global perspective to everything she does.
Alongside her studies, she works as a dedicated carer, supporting loved ones with compassion and patience. Inspired by this role, Chanel founded a tutoring business that offers tailored support in sociology and criminology, academic writing, and study skills. Her approach is personal, inclusive, and focused on building confidence as much as knowledge.
Through one-on-one sessions and small-group workshops, Chanel supports students from diverse backgrounds, often offering flexible pricing to ensure access for all. Her lived experience as a carer and woman of mixed heritage fuels her commitment to educational equity and empowers her to connect deeply with learners.
Chanel’s long-term vision is to expand her work into community-based education projects. she is not only shaping her own future in law — she’s helping others shape theirs.
